You can delete your account yourself, without asking us and without installing anything. It takes about fifteen seconds and happens immediately.
No connection, or would rather we did it? Write to support@drumanalyzer.com from the address you signed in with, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

Corrections you sent with the Fixes button. The file you sent is deleted with the rest, but the corrections in it have already been merged into the data the model learns from, and they live on inside the model as numbers. There is no way to pull one person’s corrections back out of a trained model — nothing there is stored per person, and nothing there identifies you. We would rather write this down than promise a deletion that cannot happen.
Aggregated product counts. How many songs were transcribed on a given day, how long processing took. These carry no account identifier and no way back to you.
Your subscription, if you have one. Deleting the account does not cancel billing — payments run through our payment provider, not through us. Cancel the subscription first, using the link in your payment receipt, otherwise the charges continue after the account is gone.
DrumAnalyzer keeps working without an account: you can transcribe songs and open the player, you just have no library and no history. Signing in with Google again creates a new, empty account — the old one does not come back.
